The 2016 electronica China and productronica China—Munich Shanghai Electronic Equipment Exhibition—will be held from March 15 to 17, 2016, at Halls E1, E2, E3, E4, and W1, W2 of the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The exhibition will cover integrated circuits, electronic components, assemblies, and production equipment, providing a comprehensive showcase of key links in the electronics industry chain.

　　This year’s exhibition will once again elevate both in scale and quality. Over 1,200 exhibitors from 20 countries will gather together, showcasing an exhibition area of 62,000 square meters. It is expected that more than 56,000 industry professionals and buyers will attend this prestigious event. Meanwhile, the exhibition will focus on hot application areas, including innovations in electronic technologies across various sectors such as Industry 4.0, automotive, IoT, and healthcare.

　　Automotive electronics remain the undisputed star, and driven by the global automotive market’s recovery, the automotive electronics industry is entering a period of rapid growth. At this year’s Munich Shanghai Electronics Show, automotive electronics emerged as the primary keyword, with numerous manufacturers showcasing a wide array of automotive electronic products spanning numerous sub-segments, including “powertrain systems, automotive lighting, in-vehicle infotainment, vehicular networking, and automotive connectors.”
