This time, all provinces collectively submitted applications to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for the national-level “Little Giant” enterprises specializing in niche fields and demonstrating outstanding innovation—over 50,000 companies in total. Ultimately, after rigorous review and public announcement, only slightly more than 1,500 companies were selected, yielding a success rate of just 3%. Kudos to Rishun!
