On the morning of May 30, the kickoff meeting for Taizhou Rishun’s “Cost Reduction and Efficiency Enhancement” initiative was successfully held at the company. All departments were urged to set clear objectives, implement specific measures, and ensure rigorous performance evaluations—avoiding superficial gestures and formalism, and instead proceeding steadily and effectively in carrying out all tasks.

Although the training camp lasted only three days and two nights—totaling just a few dozen hours—the spirit of “leading the way” and the “Iron Army” was fully demonstrated at Rishun Company. Over the past two weeks, our enthusiasm has remained undiminished, both in the classroom and on the shop floor. From office staff to frontline production workers, everyone has been brimming with the bold spirit of the “Iron Army,” unleashing the strongest team spirit among the leaders. The relationships among employees have undergone a dramatic transformation: everyone is helping each other, working together in unison, and forging an unparalleled sense of unity and cohesion.
“Reducing costs and boosting efficiency”—that’s the theme of today’s meeting, and it’s precisely the key focus for June. All departments and work teams must align their tasks and activities closely with production and operations, firmly concentrating on lowering production costs and enhancing efficiency.
Fully leverage incentive mechanisms to further promote energy-saving and efficiency-enhancing initiatives. All departments are required to set clear objectives, adopt specific measures, and implement rigorous performance evaluations—avoiding superficial gestures and formalism. We must proceed steadily, step by step, and carry out all tasks in a solid and effective manner.

Good news! Rishun Electric has been recognized on the national-level list. This time, all provinces collectively submitted applications to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for the national-level “Little Giant” enterprises specializing in niche fields and demonstrating outstanding innovation—over 50,000 companies in total. Ultimately, after rigorous review and public announcement, only slightly more than 1,500 companies were selected, yielding a success rate of just 3%. Kudos to Rishun!
